Hannah. Hannah. Hannah! What a 2 year old! She is loads of fun and loads of work! Here are some of the "details" about her:
- She's got a fun personality, all her own!
- She wants to do everything by herself when we want to help and she has to have help when we want her to do things by herself!
- Hannah is quite the little actress... She's got that fake crying thing down!
- She loves to color these days. Just last week she started drawing things that actually make sense. She'll draw a circle head with eyes, mouth, nose, pigtails coming off the top and arms coming out of the head... I'll have to scan one of her masterpieces soon.

- During bath time lately she's been a bit crazy about getting water in her ears.
- Every once and a while she stutters and has a hard time getting her words out. Its not as frequent as it once was, but she still does it every so often. Its usually when she is really tired, very excited, or there is a lot going on. I've never really worried about it. I think she'll grow out of it.
- Hannah will only take naps about every 3rd day now. I still try to have her have quiet time... but it doesn't always work. Boy, do I miss those naps!
- Its no wonder she seems to constantly have a runny nose. Toys, fingers, and everything else are always in her month!
- She's still sucking her thumb. Bummerola! We stopped doing the bandaid thing for awhile, guess we'll have to start it up again.
- She's done awesome at potty training! There are still accidents every once and a while, but even at night now, she is doing really well! But of course she has to use the potty at every store we go to, at least it seems that way. Once we went 3 times at Target!
- She loves being outside. We are loving this weather. And she loves her bright green sunglasses. She's sure style'n!

- We love hearing her sing. She has such a sweet voice and knows lots of songs now: I Am a Child of God, White Coral Bells, Twinkle Twinkle, Families Can Be Together Forever, Teach Me to Walk, 5 Little Monkey Swinging From a Tree/Jumping on the Bed, 5 Little Ducks, You Are My Sunshine, Popcorn Popping.... to name a few.
- Sometimes she'll be playing and incorporate the words to a song into her speech. One day I heard her say, "The Lord had shown be how I can (pause). The Lord (pause) has shown me how I can." She said it so matter of factly.
- Lately she has loved playing grocery store, doctor and school. (When we "play" school I love to take the opportunity to really teach her things. Its great... and she's very attentive!)
- She's such a smart little cookie. She knows her numbers 0-13, all her ABCs (we are working on recognizing the difference between lowercase "b" and "d" still) and the sounds they make (well, one sound for each letter). She can now sing the ABCs; lately she's even been getting the "l-m-n-o-p" part right! She can write a capital "H" and we are working on some others.

- She still loves to read books. She can now read by sight the following words: and, the, by, in, you, to, is... (I think there are a few more.) And today she tried sounding out the word "cups"... only she was doing it backwards, starting with the "s." It was cute though.
- Last but not least, she is a wonderful big sister. This last week she figured out how to climb into Bryson's crib. I can't get mad though. He loves it; she makes him so happy! Also yesterday I was trying to fix dinner, with two whinny children... I had Hannah feed Bryson some rice cereal! They both thought that was pretty great! Hannah is very cute with Bryson. He's so lucky to have a sister like her.

- She always say we are friends! I love that! We are friends, best friends!

Hannah - you are such a great big sister and so cute!! Andie is excited to come and play with you.
PS - thinking of that - did we have a date picked yet? My parents FREQUENT the MTC being tutored - so if you have any ideas in mind, I want to check and see what days they would be at the MTC. I don't remember what we said. Thanks!
They're so cute! I can't believe all the things she knows how to do already! That's great. Mine are singing the ABCs, but the LMNOP part still gets a lalalalapeee! Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog. I was actually thinking the same thing about your couponing, food storing, canning, make ahead mealing. Maybe we should be friends. :)
Man, I wish I was as good of a mom as you are. I just need to sit down and make more time to teach my kids all those things. You rock! I loved having Graysen do things like make Carter happy in the crib and help with feeding rice cereal. So fun.
Yay, we love Hannah!!! She is the sweetest little girl (and apparently a GENIUS!) You can sure tell that she loves her little brother! This last picture is brilliant.
