Easton's blessing

On September 18th, Nic blessed our sweet little Easton Lewis. In celebration, we got together with our family beforehand for a brunch. Nic's brother, Aaron, was going to be in town that weekend as well as his brother-in-law, Drew, both living out of state. We felt extra blessed to have them in our midst that day!

I was so grateful it worked out to be outside. Fortunately we have room for everyone out there. The weather was absolutely beautiful and we all even headed for the shade at one point. A perfect blessing day.

I made cinnamon rolls and caramel pecan rolls. The rest of the family generously brought egg casseroles, fruit and milk. We had lots and lots of yummy food. It was fun to do it a little differently and get together before church. We like to stay for all three hours of our church meetings, which made it easy since we gathered before. It was also nice to have the breakfast theme.
