I brought my pan of caramels home and wrapped some (above) then later made some fun candies (below). They have a pecan in the middle, wrapped with caramel, dipped in yummy chocolate, with white chocolate drizzled on top! I feel so talented! Ha Ha! Now I've got to try making the caramels on my own! We'll see how that goes!

Yummo! I have been wanting to try them dipped in chocolate or with nuts. How did you do the nut part? They look great!
Mmmmm is right. I wouls love the recipe and tips.
Uh oh, now I have to make some. There is nothing better than homemade caramels. Mmmm.
Okay, those are from Andrea, right? I have been wanting her recipe for so long. I have asked but haven't gotten it. I love her caramels. Who else did you make them with? Those chocolate look good but the nuts have got to go!
those look yummy!!! Isn't it exciting - the Holiday Season is upon us!
The chocolate looks so yummy! And fancy! I'm very impressed!
Not Andrea... guess again!
I just cut a piece of caramel, flatten it with my fingers, put the pecan on, wrapped the caramel around then rolled it in a ball...
those caramels look yummy! i've tried to make them before (lost the recipe since), but when I made them they stuck to the wax paper. did your's do that? What's the trick (and recipe pretty please)
P.S. Did you send some to Lisa?
