Nic has been working really hard to finish our basement! It will be so nice to have some more room and especially a room for entertaining when friends and family come over. We started just before Christmas. Nic is doing it himself, learning as he goes, with lots of much appreciated help from his co-workers and boss! Nic has been doing a wonderful job. He is very
motivated (seeing as we only have about a month and a half left until his landscaping season really picks up... and if we aren't done it may have to wait a year!) He's got all the framing done, almost all of duct work and plumbing, and he is working on the electrical now. We've got the sheet rock in our basement all ready to go. Whew! Go Nic!

Pretty impressive. I didn't know Nic could do stuff like that! We'll have to come see it sometime!
How exciting! Way to go Nic for taking on the daunting task. Hannah is such a good little dancer, those videos were so cute! So when are we going to get together?
